The Bells wanted to break trends in the industry, by creating something bespoke, interactive, and indulgent. Well, with the help of Allstar they did just that.
We designed and developed a tailor-made app that treats guests with the ability to manage their stay at the apartments, through the simplicity of a few clicks and swipes. An application that allows visitors to request room service by the tap of a finger, and indulge in The Bells' drinks service with no more than a flick of the wrist. In addition to this, we incorporated a map with individual unique icons to help identify points of interest around Leeds, to make the guests stay easier and less stressful. We just love to help!
With many considerations required on a technical, customer service and user-experience level, our genius developer Matt made sure he'd covered all bases with this one. Working behind the scenes, he hacked away at the back-end to ensure the app was as simple as possible, plus adding a personal touch whereby visitors would be immediately greeted with their name (i.e. Welcome Hannah).
