Sleek, delicate catalogue which oozes luxury

We believe that a state of the art brochure design comes from the perfect mix of simplicity and uniqueness. It should be well designed, clearly set out, with eye striking images, plenty of space, and easy to understand.

Well this is exactly what we did for The Bells.

Pen to paper, our design team sketched out several initial concept designs to share with the client. From these, we selected the best direction for the design that would suit their luxurious branding, and then hopped onto the iMacs to bring the idea to life.

The brief wanted to emphasise how unique each apartment is, by replicating their individual textures throughout the room, and displaying these within the design work. It was essential to make the brochure look striking, distinctive, for it to leap out at you from a shelf full of books, as these were placed around deluxe travel lounges. From the sight to the touch, we ensured that the brochure was as finger-pleasing as it was beautiful, by carefully selecting the finish of paper and the textures from start to finish. We made sure high-end quality was apparent, all the way through.

The document needed to be engaging yet, informative; we looked to bring in some unique layouts so that every spread looked totally exclusive, to keep the reader engrossed. Grid methods were used on every page to ensure the layout stayed clean, whilst still allowing the slides to be packed with content and imagery.

The end result? A sleek, delicate catalogue which oozes luxury, and screams to be picked up. Our client was over the moon with the finished product and couldn't praise Allstar enough.
